Return & Refund Policy


At Neural Luxe, we want you to love your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to make it easy. Please read our return policy below so you know exactly what to expect.


Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.


Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be in its original condition — unused and undamaged

  • Item must be in the original packaging

  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

  • Items returned after the 30-day window

  • Gift cards or digital products


Return Shipping Costs

Who pays for return shipping depends on the reason for the return:


Our fault (defective, damaged, or wrong item sent): We will cover return shipping costs in full. Please contact us and we will provide a prepaid return label.


Customer preference (changed mind, ordered wrong item, etc.): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at support@neural-luxe.com with your order number and reason for return

  • Wait for our team to respond within 2 business days with return instructions

  • Ship the item back using the instructions provided

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund


Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed.


Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account. This is outside of our control.


Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item and would prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to send a replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
